Shar Pei is a breed of dog known for its characteristic of skin wrinkles (on the head and neck) and blue-black tongue. The breed originated from China. Shar Pei's name means "Sand Skin". As a puppy, Shar Pei has lots of wrinkles. But when they were growing up, these wrinkles disappear and become one with the skin. Shar Pei called as a descendant of the world's rarest dog.
Shar Pei has a variety of colors, and has the same characteristics with Chow Chow. With small ears, mouth like a hippopotamus, and an upright tail, making the Shar Pei is very unique
